Hey! My name is Nathan Landers, but most people call me Nate. I was born and raised in Surfside Beach, and I reside in Murrells Inlet, SC, with my amazing wife and two beautiful daughters.
You will quickly discover that being present and dedicated to my family means the world to me and is always a top priority for myself and, in turn, for my clients as well.
Combining my love for working with numbers and analytics and my passion for helping people - the mortgage industry was a natural fit to build my career. Since entering the industry in 2016, I have spent time absorbing every piece of valuable information I can to serve my clients and referral partners better. And now I get to take it to the next level by opening Timeless Mortgage.

Max Master

Max was born and raised on the Central Coast of California and currently resides in Wilmington, NC, with his Wife, Daughter, and Father-In-Law. His family also has an extreme love for animals...lots of them.
Entering the Mortgage Industry in 2001, Max brings over 10+ years of distinguished Wholesale (TPO) loan experience. During this tenure, he obtained his Government Underwriting authority and brought a wealth of knowledge from an underwriting perspective. Although he enjoyed this experience on the operations side, he has spent the last five years building his strategic sales experience with a strong foundation of hands-on coaching and educating Loan Originators and Agents alike.
One thing that sets Max apart at a sales level is that he doesn’t utilize general sales tactics from a leadership perspective. He’s ultimately known for his transparency, honesty, and integrity – regardless of the outcome or who’s on the other end of the line.
Mark is a South Strand local who originates from the coalfields of West Virginia. Being lucky enough to stay in his parent’s beach home during summers, he always knew he’d end up on the coast. After
schooling at Concord University and West Virginia University, he founded a non-profit focused on providing work, housing, and life skills for adults with disabilities in his hometown.
He migrated to the Grand Strand over ten years ago and has made it his home ever since. Mark takes advantage of the wonderful weather and community to make his outdoor adventures last year-round.
Mark has been helping clients find the best option to follow in his footsteps and make a South Carolina home for a year now and loves it. He gets to meet people from all over the world and see their joy when
a deal is finished.

Katy was born and raised in the rural town of Farmville, VA and made the decision to move to the Grand Strand area in 2014 where she then met her fiance, bought a house and adopted two dogs. She planted her roots and hasn’t looked back since!
Graduating from Coastal Carolina University in 2018 with a degree in Marine Science and a minor in Marketing she was ready to join the working world. After a few years, Katy knew it was time to find her true career passion that would allow her to build long term and meaningful relationships with her clients. Which is where she fell in love with helping buyers fulfill their real estate dreams. Whether it be with a first time home buyer, growing family, investor or helping a snow bird relocate for their next chapter in life.
Having the opportunity to support people through such an impactful, sometimes scary and monumental moment in life is such an honor for Katy to share with others. She has been able to network and collaborate with so many amazing people through her time spent with local groups like the Home Builders Association, Women In Networking, and Young Professionals with the Chamber of Commerce, we know Katy is going to continue making a huge impact in so many lives in our community.
Alongside Nathan and the entire Timeless team, Katy is so excited for her new journey to help you with all of our mortgage needs. We can’t wait for you to meet her if you haven’t already!
